I’ve spent over thirty years teaching martial arts and women’s self-defense. This is a different room, but it’s the same work, helping someone find what was always there underneath everything she carries for everyone else.

Sessions begin at 8am for makeup. From Kingwood, that means leaving with real time to spare, well before Houston’s morning traffic builds across the routes you’d be taking.
There’s a Springhill Suites less than five minutes from the studio. A few clients driving in from this far out have chosen to stay the night rather than doing the whole drive twice in one day.
