Chris did an amazing job providing a comfortable space to express myself! He gave helpful directions for posing and the different scenes had an organic flow to them. I had the opportunity voice what I was looking for and he took care of the rest! The final images were delivered promptly and were skillfully edited. The online portal to the final images is easy to navigate.
Overall I’d sum up my experience as fun and safe! I’d love to work with him again.
We happened to be looking to book a photographer that day and came across a last-minute fill-in post for this studio on Facebook. We honestly didn’t know what to expect, but we were completely blown away. The studio itself was beautiful, and the photographers made the entire experience feel so comfortable, welcoming, and fun from start to finish.
As someone just getting back into the photography scene, I really appreciated the extra care and attention they gave to make sure we felt confident and had everything we needed throughout the shoot. You can truly tell they care about their clients and creating a great experience. We don’t have our photos back yet, but after the experience alone, we’re already super excited to see how they turn out. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again in the future.

This was the first time I’ve had a photoshoot like this and highly recommend. I had won a raffle at a bridal show for a discounted shoot from Primal Soul Boudoir and decided to go ahead with the shoot after a simple video call. Please make sure to ask lots of questions if you’re nervous or even Google some beforehand if you’re unsure of what to ask. I felt very safe even while undressing and getting into different poses. I did wish we had more time for different outfits and maybe would like for there to be a fireside or moonlight evening shoot options. Ms. Savannah was very sweet as the makeup artist but please if there are preferences for lashes or certain features you would rather be enhanced ask and send lots of inspo pics. Or ask about mini theme shoots if you prefer to do your own makeup. The Primal Soul team was very sweet in accommodating a special request for my album and any photo editing I requested. Overall was a lovely experience and very fun even though I am awkward and introverted.
My experience was amazing. I am very insecure about my body especially when it comes to taking my picture. I just turned 50 and after seeing the pictures I am definitely feeling more empowered.

Heidi and Chris understood the assignment! I met Heidi at a Bridal Expo and right away their albums caught my attention & I knew they were who I wanted to work with for my Bridal shoot. From the outfits to the poses, they understood everything I wanted to portray for my future husband. Totally classy, with a naughty side (if that’s what you’re looking for). These 2 make you feel completely comfortable while wearing close to nothing & Chris’ poses are to die for 🤣
The whole team was great! They really have a way of making you feel comfortable and safe. Left feeling very empowered from the whole experience.

I have done 2 boudoir shoots with Chris at Primal Soul in the last 2 years. As most women, I was nervous going into the first session. Chris was so understanding of my nerves and was very patient and accommodating. He made me extremely comfortable and made the experience very exciting and empowering! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so beautiful and confident as I did during the session…..well, other that when I got to see the photos! The photos were so amazing! It was crazy to see myself and feel so positive about the images! My boyfriend tells me all the time I’m beautiful, but I actually saw it when I looked at these photos. I loved this experience so much, I did a second session a year later! I love being able to give such a personal gift to my boyfriend. I was so comfortable after the first session, I decided I waned to push the sexy up a few notches. Chris was amazing at making sure where I wanted to go with it. He never shied away from what I wanted, but he also checked in with me a lot to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was a little nervous about having a male photographer the first session, but those nerves were calmed very quickly after talking to and meeting Chris. I feel like having a male photographer was a huge plus especially with the pose choices. He listened to my concerns about my “trouble spots” and insecurities and my photos show that immensely! I have friends that have done sessions with other female photographers and they were happy with the photos, but when we compare the EXPERIENCE of the session it’s definitely not the same! I have a few of my favorite photos saved to my phone. When I’m having one of those days we have as women and I’m feeling down or insecure….I pull up those photos.
